WORKFLOW SPECIALIST / SCOPED PILOT
Drafting in your house style
A consistent first draft. A person makes it final.
Start with representative data
Approved proposals, style guidance, templates, and representative source briefs with clear permissions.
Choose the smallest effective approach
Compare prompt examples and retrieval against supervised adaptation. Retrieve current facts and prices from approved sources rather than relying on memorized weights.
Evaluate on unseen cases
Blind reviewer preference, required-section coverage, factual consistency, edit effort, and time to an accepted draft.
Define the boundary
Require review before sending. Model size and runtime are chosen after evaluation; a tiny model may not handle open-ended or complex drafting reliably.
What the engagement delivers
An agreed baseline, data and model selection record, permitted checkpoint or adapter where training is justified, evaluation report, and a deployment recipe. Timeline, hardware, retention, and acceptance criteria are agreed during scoping.
